SANCTUARY CITIES ARE BREAKING THE LAW!

Sacramento, CA – The Minutemen Civil Defense Corp and Save Our State,
will host a day of protesting and lobbying at the State Capitol on the
North steps.

The purpose is to voice concerns for the Sanctuary Cities policies
protecting criminal illegal aliens, while American citizens are being
victimized and murdered.

On June 22nd, Danielle Bologna’s husband and two sons were slain by
illegal alien Edwin Ramos who is eligible for the death penalty due to
the special circumstances of this case. Ramos had been convicted of
two prior felonies as a junvenile, but was never deported due to San
Francisco’s sanctuary policy.

In another Sanctuary City, Los Angeles, 18 year-old high school
football star, Jamiel Shaw, Jr. was gunned down by illegal alien Pedro
Espinoza.

Like Ramos, Espinoza had already been convicted of crimes before the
murder. Espinoza had been released from jail just a day before
murdering Jamiel.

Jamiel’s family and supporters are now gathering signatures for
Jamiel’s Law which would stop sanctuary for illegal alien gang members
in Los Angeles.

About a year ago (9/9/07) in Los Gatos (south Bay) young mother Sara
Cole was run over by a drunk illegal alien and now a year later she is
maimed for life. The criminal who ran over Sara had a prior DUI
conviction and he was employed in Los Gatos, CA illegally hired by
Classic Car Wash and Una Mas restaurant.

On February 3, 2008 Lilian Clark of Napa was run over by an illegal
alien drunk driver who had previous DUI convictions. Lily was hit and
pinned between her car and the criminals' as she retrieved something
from her trunk. Lilian lost both legs. Lilian and her husband John
have two young sons that were present in her car during the wreck.

In the wake of these senseless and preventable Murders and other
Crimes, Americans from all areas of California will travel to
Sacramento to join MCDC and SOS to demand justice and protection for
American citizens! And to encourage elected officials to end the
current sanctuary policies for criminal invaders!

Great! I hope a lot of people don't travel and show up for you.

My hometown of DALLAS, TX, is among the nation's MOST infamous illegal alien "refuge towns", and yet ALMOST NOTHING has been done about it! We have had NO protests, NO videos, NO news conferences, NO rallies--NOT even a rally for Ramos and Compean! Wonder WHAT it's going to TAKE to GET Dallasites GALVANIZED on the issue!

Great I hope you get a big turn out of the AMERICAN people, time for us to start protecting OUR COUNTRY.

The categories of "criminal invader" or "criminal alien" or "deportable undocumented immigrant" need to be expanded. There already are felonies that are not being prosecuted, mainly because the government does not put them in the category of violent crimes. And there are other serious, non-violent crimes that need to come under the scrutiny of immigration judges and local law enforcement concerned with immigration violators---even if they are only going after the criminals.

Selective Service non-registration is very common--and actually is a federal felony, though not a violent crime, per se. ID theft is a non-violent crime, yet very damaging. There is state revenue cheating , and federal tax evasion. There is drug usage, which may only be a misdemeanor but I think it should go in the category of deportable offenses. For better or worse, immigration judges have guidelines just like other judges---I think these need to be re-examined.
