    Instead of addressing the problems of California becoming Mexico, the governor is going to release criminals early.
    Nothing is said however regarding the ILLEGALS THAT HAS PUT CALIFORNIA IN THIS CRISIS.

    Think of it as space to house illegal aliens who are awaiting deportation hearings.

    He is an idiot.

    He has been begging for Federal Funds, because his jails are full of illegals. I don't want to pay for this.

    Well deport them.

    Next minute he says Calif. has no problems with illegals.

    Heaviest taxed state in US is so burdened by illegals and their nonsense, that they are broke.
