Sen. Scott Brown voted AGAINST the DREAM Act amnesty. That vote was the most important vote he has taken during his time in office. Everyone in this forum should know the terrible consequences of passage of a version of the DREAM Act.

According to this article ( http://www.boston.com/news/nation/artic ... ht/?page=2 ), some "Tea Party" members are threatening to withhold support of Scott Brown or possibly support a primary challenge.
That would be pure stupidity.

Massachusetts is not Utah. Bennett of Utah needed a Republican challenger and he was beaten by one. Scott Brown does not need a primary challenger. It will be difficult in the best of circumstances for him to get re-elected in the ultra-liberal state of Massachusetts.

If a member of the 'Tea Party" in MA wants a Democrat elected who will support amnesty, then by all means withhold support from Scott Brown. However, if "Tea Party" members in MA want a GOP nominee who can win in November and will resist the pro-illegal alien forces in the Senate, they better support Scott Brown.
