    Not to worry, Obama said...

    Hey folks,

We do not need to worry about this bailout. I heard Obama talking on TV today and he said that we the taxpayers are going to get most or all of this money back! We might even make a profit! And if not, he is prepared to slap a tax on Wall Street to make up for it.

So, no worries folks, that 700 Billion is just a loan on top of some bad loans to pay for some other loans to Global investors.

The answers were so simple that we must have overlooked them. All the American economy needs to avoid a new Great Depression and Global economic meltdown is more credit and debt.

More credit and debt art the answers for all our troubles.

It was so simple, we just need to do more of the same that got us to this point to move forward.

Whew, I feel so relieved now that I know why our wise rulers have chosen this course of action.

Yes, I think you understand now! They are just so much smarter than the rest of us so they 'get it' but it takes us common folks a bit longer for it to sink in. Okay, I feel better now

Warren Baffet supports this bill and this guy I have tons of respect for because he knows his economics inside and out. He is one of the richest people in the world (worth some 50 billion dollars) yet he feels people like him are not taxed ENOUGH. Now if that doesn't say lots about this guy then I don't know what does. Usually the crooks want to hoard all the money to themselves and not give any back to their country.

Whether they pass the bill or not, we're still heading into a recession. Unemployment will, in the coming months, inevitably increase (due to falling consumer spending) and thus many people will need to have access to credit just to get by. Also, in order to increase consumer spending (key to getting out of a recession), credit will play a vital role. If these banks aren't lifted off the floor, who is going to provide the credit? In order to save these financial institutions, an effort must be made to reinvest in them, and if no one is willing to do it, then the government has to step in and do it. If it is done now, the 700 billion in investments will see an appreciation in the coming years as the failed banks resume their normal operations and begin making profits once again thus increasing their stock value.

If the bill isn't passed and these banks aren't revitalized our recession will perhaps last longer. I guess the bill is also important in that it gives the world and American investors incentive to continue investing in American businesses, it provides the reassurance that the government has the situation under control.

Newton explained gravity. The cave men knew of its effects and therefor did not throw rocks up over their heads and stand there. Cavemen were not that stupid, they understood what goes up, must come down.

If Warren Buffet were to lobby Congress for more taxes on the wealthy Berkshire Hathaway shares would be selling for $.10 a share.

These politicians make me sick. They are nothing, but a bunch of worthless traitors. Every last one of them. All the vote buying with our money just makes me want to vomit. If this bill passes the house, I hope that we finally see the voter backlash to all these incumbents that has been long overdue. Get rid of these roaches that have infested our government for far too long. Show these clowns that their time for buying their way back into reelection is over.

All the words that come out of their mouths are nothing, but lies, all lies. Their words are poison.
