    I just received this e-mail from one of Burr's prior supporters describing the words of another lost supporter for Burr.

    New Name for Burr here in Alamance County NC (home of the great Hugh
    Webster) is Senator Burr-ito because he seems to care more about illegal
    mexicans than US citizens.

    I'm getting info to the contrary from Burr's NC and DC offices. He will be out of the country next week.....how convenient.

    People can still visit his office and meet with staff!

    i just spoke with the Winston Salem office and referred to his new nickname. The staffer who answered the phone couldn't stop laughing. I told her it was no laughing matter that the Senator appeared to be betraying the North Carolina citizens who elected him and that we expected him to vote no on the amnesty bill from now on.

    He may very well be lieing about being out of the country next week -- he can no longer be trusted for much of anything when he and his staff bald-face lie to us..... You can hear him now, "just tell'em I'll be out of the Country", I'll be meeting with my global 'buddies' like a good Bush lackey.

    This makes it 2 times on critical issues he has lied to us --- CAFTA and amnesty
