    Called Sen. Hagan.

    Aid took my comment and asked for zip code.

    When they ask me I tell them, the senator is representing mexicans in a foreign country so the senator can represent an American citizen in another state.

    Several have told me if is for record keeping purposes also.

    The first thing I answer if they ask for a zip code is Don't You Think The First Thing You Should Be Asking is "Am I A Citizen Of The USA" ? Foreign Nationals from all over the world call you yet you ask for my ZIP CODE !!
