I made a contribution to Grassfire.org and in the mail today I received a yard sign that says: STOP THE INVASION SECURE OUR BORDERS

Now listen guys and gals, here is a way one mouth can make a big difference. Call it what it is, and invasion !!!! That word will stop people dead in their tracks.

We need signs we can put up at busy intersections, you know where the politicians always put their campaign signs.

We can reach millions upon millions without a large expense. This would be the most effective way to get out message out as everyone driving will see these. One person can hammer in 20 signs, can you imagine the impact that would have?

Been thinking along those lines my self driveing down the road looking at election signs.It's a great thing to bring up

I believe it's the most effective way to reach multi millions of people with as little expense as possible.

I don't know about you guys, but I have not met or spoken to one person in favor of amnesty, so this project can help to fire up the average american when they start to think "invasion" which is actually what is happening.

Any sign makers on the forum. This is a good idea. My sister used to have a business making these signs and I know that they are relatively cheap to have them made. I have seen adds around town here $199 for 200 signs. One dollar a sign is not bad, of course you need stakes to put them on but still not a bad investment.

I wonder if ALIPAC would consent to having their website put on the signs?

I would not support Grassfire from what has been siad on this board.
But if Alipac gets something together I would donate.

We would need someone to design the sign and the easiest way to carry this out would be everyone just do it for their own area. I do not think it would cost effective or effecient to have all the signs made in one place and shipped out. Sign makers are a dime a dozen, at least around here.

There needs to be some kind of standard if you want to get Alipac to support it I am sure.I don't think they want me makeing signs with thier name on it unless they had some control

this is a great idea and very effective. another good one is let everyone fill out a W-4 form with married and 99 dependents and send them to lawmakers. on may 1st they showed us how it was having a day without immigrants. personally i loved it, no traffic. let's show congress and that idiot Bush to reflect how it would be a month without American citizen tax dollars. think the illegals could foot the bill for them. we are facing TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION and if history is correct a whole lot of tea was dumped into Boston harbor in protest. hit them where it hurts. let them consider the possibility of no tax dollars from citizens. if they want to prosecute me for not paying my taxes I'll get in line right behind the rest of the criminals who haven't paid taxes. they can give me amnesty too.

Everyone control their own area. I know I have a difficult it not impossible task of heading from North Carolina to Mexifornia; but........ I can slam out a sign that will reach more people in the long run.

Actually I know many ticked at Grassfire, and I'm not promoting Grassfire. It is just when I saw the yard sign I received today a light bulb went off in my head.

This is it guys, and we can do this !!!! The most effective campaign I can think is possible.
