I hear what you're saying but it is also true that not having enough Republicans in the U.S. Senate is what stopped us from halting funding to Obama's amnesty! Unfortunately border security and illegal immigration are not the only problem issues facing our country. If immigration were the only problem, I'd love to have Republicans controlling everything (house, senate, and presidency). However, since immigration and border security aren't the only problem, it's almost impossible to trust any one party from having control over the whole ball of wax. Just took to the TPP for an example of what I'm talking about. It's like your damned if you do and damned if you don't.
