Illegal aliens can have abortions, there's no law against it, nor should there be. Adult illegal aliens in detention can have abortions, same as anyone in federal custody. This attempt by Sessions to circumvent our laws is only being applied to minors in the custody of the Office of Refugee Settlement, DHHS. They have some fetish for them young ones, seems to me.
