Senator Feinstein Continues To Ignore The Law Of The Land...

In our world of progressive hopey change, at least we know that we can always count on Senator Diane Feinstein to [COLOR=#67B045 !important]continue to be her consistent self in completely ignoring both our Consitution and the laws of our land. Take immigration, for instance.

Feinstein is now asking the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Janet Napolitano to stop enforcing immigration law, specifically in regard to California farm workers. She actually wrote these words to Big Sister:

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has wisely used its prosecutorial discretion to defer removal of young people who arrived in the United States without documentation as children.… I respectfully suggest that you adopt a similar policy of exercising prosecutorial discretion to defer enforcement against agricultural employers and workers.


According to Feinstein, the Obama administration has been somewhat slack in enforcing immigration law over the past few years, and it's resulted in less (illegal) workers for California farms. And that's a problem for her, you see. So her obvious solution is to STOP ENFORCING THE FREAKING LAW ALTOGETHER. Because God forbid we attempt to do something like reform immigration, or we try to somehow get LEGAL citizens to take those jobs.
The horror.

Nah. Feinstein's got it all figured out. This is way easier, you see. Just give all the illegals a pass. And by not having to think about actual solutions to actual problems, she can run off and continue to keep trying to grab people's guns away from them and stuff. Because we all know that's her first love.
