Senator Sam Zamarripa Senate District 36

He is a Co-Founder and Director of United Americas Bank, N.A., where he currently serves as the Chairman of the Marketing Committee. This bank makes home loans to illegal aliens using an IRS tax ID number. The IRS itself says this number should NOT be used as identification. Here's what the US Code says...

1907 Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) Offenses

Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.

Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.

Penalties -- The basic statutory maximum penalty for violating 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(i) and (v)(I) (alien smuggling and conspiracy) is a fine under title 18, imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both. With regard to violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(ii)-(iv) and (v)(ii), domestic transportation, harboring, encouraging/inducing, or aiding/abetting, the basic statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 5 years, unless the offense was committed for commercial advantage or private financial gain, in which case the maximum term of imprisonment is 10 years.

Most of these links, as you can plainly see, lead to social services organizations where illegal aliens can sign up for various WELFARE programs. NCLR is the National Council for La Raza (The Race), another racist organization. La Voz Del Pueblo (The Voice of the People) advocates the overthrow of the American Southwest (violently if necessary) and the complete elimination of our southern border, giving control of that region back to Mexico.

Mr. Zamarripa is also active with the Foundation Board of Atlanta Technical College and with the Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund.

Well it sure does. We have a lot of elected officials of this ilk. Some of them alot higher than Zamarippa. If illegals are able to vote in Arizona, (among other places) what's to stop more such traitors from being elected?

The Ballot for Prop 200 that you posted says it all. Th Az league of women's voters is so afraid it will DECREASE VOTER TURNOUT if they start ascertaining citizenship status. So it doesn't matter who is voting as long as they get good "turnout" statistics? Wouldn't that reflect on the effectiveness of their group and keep them in business? Shame on them! They show little interest in a FAIR election by American Citizens. It's disheartening the number of people that have lost all moral compass in this.

I just checked, he's not on there yet. Consider this his nomination. There are good pictures of signs (in Spanish only, of course) offering accounts with Taxpayer ID #'s as valid identification. He even put the ad on an entire city bus. It's on the UnitedAmericasBank website. Cut & paste cut & paste
