    THE UNSEEN IMMIGRATION FIGHT!

I am married to an Englishman who has been stuck in England for over 6 months not allowed to come home because our X-Lawyer did not file the I-131 form.
We have had to start our paper work all over again because everything was considered abandoned when my husband when home for a few week.
We are older and have depleted our savings paid and still pay not only in money but in precious time.

I get very upset because we are being treated worse then if we were illegal. We followed the rules paid and paid and still paying. Give the Illegal’s Amnesty and make me, born and raised in the USA fight in my later years to grow old with my husband who just so happens to be British.

Please do not forget the other Immigration issues being caused because of the illegals and the terrorist that have invaded our land.

How can we as a country take care of others when we cannot take care of ourselves? I have no health insurance and stand in a clinic line for hours from 5:30 am to 8:00 am just to get my name on the list before others. Out of the 40-60 that show up 15 or more are Latino with no social security number... I have worked over 40 years in this country paying my taxes as my mother and father before me.

Our children’s education being bombarded by non speaking children taking up the time from our children because they do not speak English, grade score down, funding goes down!

Pray for me because I have an unsympathetic heart right now.
I feel betrayed by my own country.

    THE UNSEEN IMMIGRATION ISSUE

I have Senator Burr of NC working on this. Just keep us in your thoughts and prayers, thank you.

I feel the need to let others know people like us are out here.

    Thank you for your response.

Welcome, rosary. And Mr. Burr is a good man.
There is unfairness with our open borders, look the other way treatment. But the last thing this country needs at the moment is legalizing illegals, who have already robbed us blind, clogged our public services, etc.
Just remember, all Latinos are not illegal. There are plenty of Slavs, Arabs, Africans, Asians etc. that are also here illegally.
Latinos are at the forefront because they yell the loudest--perhaps the squeaky wheel does get the grease.

    Not to mention so plentiful...
I have been forced to use parts of our services I have never in my life time had to use like the free clinic so that I can get my medication at $700.00 a month, I am so grateful I cannot express to anyone just how grateful but, on the other hand I have not been able to see a Dr at that clinic for a while because they refuse no one that can prove a certain poverty level. It does not matter if you have a Social Security card or not you can see a Dr. I feel bad because I want anyone that needs medical attention to get it however, I feel we the People should take care or our own first. With that I pray a lot because it makes me feel like I am not a very good person.

Senator Burr and his Staff are wonderful and I do not know where we would be at this time in our second time around if it weren't for them.

Thank you for listening and your support in this sometimes I feel like Graham and I are battling this alone.

Gods Speed and have a good night

For quite some time now, the legal immigration 'services' have been a complete nightmare.

It is the same pattern each direction we observe the current government of the US.

When it comes to what we expect them to be doing right for legal immigrants, they are failing miserably.

When it comes to what we expect them to do with enforcement for illegal aliens, they are failing miserably.

What in the hell are we paying these people for?

The whole damn thing stinks and every direction we look in America, people playing by the rules are getting screwed and people that break the law are getting a helping hand.

Lord I hope we can change this mess peacefully.

Sorry to hear about your family's trouble's rosary. You are not alone. This is happening to far to many people.

Please contact your US Senate and Congressional district offices.

Tell them you want them to open up a "constituent file" for you to get your situation resolved immediately. Have a letter prepared, speak to them on the phone, fax them the letter, then mail it to them.

Make it clear you expect your Congressional aids to contact USCIS on your behalf and to follow up with you.

    Thank you William,

I have been working with Senator Burr of NC and his Immigration people and they are wonderful but as you said the currant Immigration system its self doesn't make it easy for anyone.

I have had some help with some Officers of Immigration but they too are at a level of being over worked and understaffed bombarded by people wanting to come here.

I went to the Immigration office in Durham NC this past Spring, I did not see 1 Latino it was all Middle Eastern and Asian's. This made me realize that some do not even try the process they just say the heck with it I'm going to sneak!

My Son was a Gang Task Force Agent and says that 80% of the gang population are Hispanic and come here with criminal backgrounds and if they lay low they are here getting the bennies of our Country. Populating
and working their way into the system for health and welfare care.

I am broke now, lonely for my husband and not well, I get non of those benefits yet have paid into this system for 40 years. I pray every day for
the Good Lord to guide me and forgive me for the bad feelings and thoughts I have for these people.

    Thank you for your guidance,
    Rosary

Rosary, you have my prayers. I was in a similar situation several years ago, I was the British subject & my (now) husband is an American. It took us 2 years to get a visa during which time I was stuck in England. It was hard.

I hope things work out for you in the near future. I too am older and you are right. It is not just the money, it is the time you miss that you never get back.
