Senator Sam Zamarripa Senate District 36

He is a Co-Founder and Director of United Americas Bank, N.A., where he currently serves as the Chairman of the Marketing Committee. This bank makes home loans to illegal aliens using an IRS tax ID number. The IRS itself says this number should NOT be used as identification. Here's what the US Code says...

1907 Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) Offenses

Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.

Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.

Penalties -- The basic statutory maximum penalty for violating 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(i) and (v)(I) (alien smuggling and conspiracy) is a fine under title 18, imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both. This man is a criminal!

In following the links from the UAB web site, I found the Latin American Association, and what they are about.

About Us

The Latin American Association is a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive transitional services for Latinos as they strive for self-sufficiency and an enhanced quality of life. By responding to our community’s basic needs, we help its members gain knowledge and skills necessary to fully participate in the larger community.
Since its inception, the Latin American Association has been meeting needs and building futures by providing programs and services that make a difference in the lives of Latinos in their families, neighborhoods and the larger community. The Latin American Association takes an integrated approach to providing services and programs that are focused on increasing family stability, building skills, promoting the development of our youth, and promoting community involvement.

Sounds pretty harmless, right? Here is their ‘links’ page…

Most of these links, as you can plainly see, lead to social services organizations where illegal aliens can sign up for various WELFARE programs. NCLR is the National Council for La Raza (The Race), another racist organization. La Voz Del Pueblo (The Voice of the People) advocates the overthrow of the American Southwest (violently if necessary) and the complete elimination of our southern border, giving control of that region back to Mexico.

Mr. Zamarripa is also active with the Foundation Board of Atlanta Technical College and with the Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund.

From the MALDEF website:

Mission Statement

MALDEF is a national non-profit organization whose mission is to protect and promote the civil rights of the more than 40 million Latinos living in the United States. Making sure that there are no obstacles preventing this diverse community from realizing its dreams, MALDEF works to secure the rights of Latinos, primarily in the areas of employment, education, immigrants' rights, political access and public resource equity.MALDEF's goals are: 1. to foster sound public policies, laws, and programs that safeguard the rights of Latinos; and2. to expand the opportunities for Latinos to participate fully in society and to make a positive contribution toward its well-being. Protecting the rights of immigrants (read illegal aliens) is the focus of MALDEF's Immigrant's Rights Program. One of MALDEF's greatest successes was the final settlement reached in the case Gregorio T. v. Wilson. Under the settlement, Governor Gray Davis and the state of California officially agreed to dismiss their appeal of the district court's decision, striking down virtually every section of California's Proposition 187, which, when implemented, would have denied education, health care and social services to the state's undocumented (read illegal) immigrants. MALDEF is pleased in this victory of basic human and civil rights. We also understand that if one hopes to preserve America's promise as the land of opportunity and equality, it is important to ensure that harmful and negative legislative initiatives as this one are not repeated elsewhere.

Mexican American Legal Defense Fund founder Mario Obledo stated, “California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn't like it should leave. Every constitutional office in California is going to be held by Hispanics in the next 20 years.â€
