E-verify NOT in Senate Version of Stimulus Crapsandwich

I have some bad news. E-verify is not in the Senate version of the Stimulus crapsandwich. Senator Sessions asked the horse's ass majority leader Reid to bring the amendment to the floor for a vote as he said it is important to ensure that applicants don't use stolen social security numbers but Reid so no and there would be no more amendments. He has shown he doesn't care if struggling taxpayers are forced to subside more cheap labor pouring across the border and also doesn't care about identity theft since he also pushed the sham of an SCHIP Expansion which now allows illegal aliens to obtain free healthcare using stolen social security numbers. He said there will be debates only on Saturday Sunday and Monday and cloture on Tuesday. I guess this shows how little this government cares about unemployed Americans. We need to pull all our resources together nationwide to get this pompous elitest horse's ass out of the congress before he does any more damage to what remains of this country. Does Nevada have any provisions for recalling their senators? If so I will help in anyway I can as I have friends and will do whatever I can including contacting Lou Dobbs producer who I constantly call. It is time for this miserable waste of oxygen, space, taxpayer dollars and complete waste of a human being to be retired and sent home.

I can't EVEN imagine having to even discuss e-verify. Can you believe we have to fight to make sure Americans get jobs. I mean this is just one big nightmare. This stuff really needs to be exposed. For sure call Lou Dobbs.

NumbersUSA said that there is still a possiblity that the final bill will have the E-Verify program, when the House and Senate meet in Conference to mesh the two versions of the bill.

    Keep calling and faxing.

    Its not over!!!

Continue Sat. Actions! Tentative Stimulus Deal Does Not Include E-Verify Protections for American Jobs

    Updated Saturday, February 7, 2009, 1:00 AM

The Senate will resume consideration of the Stimulus bill (H.R. 1) at Noon today, Feb. 7. Late Friday night, Senate Majority Leader Reid (D-Nev.) announced a tentative deal to secure passage of the Stimulus bill in cooperation with the limited number of Republican Senators involved in negotiations. Senators subsequently worked on a handful of amendments Friday night, but SA 239, an amendment that would protect American workers by requiring local governments and businesses to use E-Verify if they get Stimulus money, was not included in the list.

Shortly after Sen. Reid's announcement, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) questioned him about whether SA 239 would be heard. Reid could not elaborate. While it is difficult to believe that Senate leaders might insist that illegal aliens have the same chance at new Stimulus jobs as unemployed Americans, this scenario may now be at hand. Your action is needed NOW to notify Senators that they will humiliate themselves if this amendment is not included.

Sen. Sessions (R-Ala.) and Sen. Ben Nelson (D-Neb.) have been leading a bi-partisan effort to make sure Stimulus jobs go to unemployed Americans, not to illegal aliens. Even if the Senate ends up voting against unemployed American workers and favors Stimulus jobs for foreign workers, the American people deserve a vote to know where their Senators stand.

There are several actions you can take to help get E-Verify in the Stimulus bill. Go to your Action Buffet NOW and fax and your Senators urging them protect American workers.

There was some good news to report today. Senators adopted an amendment (SA 306) sponsored by Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) that would to bar bailed-out banks from hiring foreign workers, for just one year. Their measure was prompted by an Associated Press investigation that revealed how banks receiving the most federal aid had requested visas for thousands of foreign workers even as they laid off employees during the economic downturn.

It's becase we won't live 15 in one house, have 10 children to replace us or require a safe workplace and a livable wage. In other words, we won't live like cockroaches, so they are dumping us..in an effort to compete with manufacturers in countries like China were the workers are slaves. China shouldn't even be in the global market. Our leaders are really a bunch of followers..its the Trialateral Commission and the CFR who directs this country now.
