    Two things to say.

    With the issue of Illegal Immigration and how its in the news just about every day, there is no way a company can claim they didn't know they hired an illegal, or claim they didn't have the tools to use to verify a potential new hires status, and we all know as well as they do, Everify is the tool to use. These companies know it exists and they know they can use it. In my mind, it should not matter if it is required or not, if an employer hires an illegal in this day and age, they did it purposely. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES ANY MORE. If they have an older illegal employee, then I would accept their excuse, but in the past two years THERE IS NO EXCUSE.

    Why is Nevada always left out of these discussions when saying certain states need help? Nevada borders Cali and please don't forget our wonderful Senator is Hinky Harry Reid!
