A Sobering Conflict on The Horizon?
Let's put into words what many of us are thinking and are suppressing a deep seated fear over. Our economy is in the toilet and many of us are now unemployed and dependent largely on unemployment benefits. The recession is global and countries everywhere are suffering. Now, pan south to our wonderful neighbor to the South, Mexico. There exists an epic struggle between the corrupt Mexican government and the drug cartels. A brutal war is being waged there that is beginning to dwarf the war on terrorism. Alarmingly, our own government doesn't want you to know this. Why? Could it be because they know that if the Mexican government loses this war and a complete collapse of the entire Mexican infrastructure occurs, our borders would turn into rivers of "economic refugees"? (Remember, that a huge number of foreign companies have business interests there that employ a sizable percentage of the Mexican population). What happens if they pull the plug on those factories due to the risk? We should all be asking why the Obama administration hasn't uttered a word about the potential necessity of putting troops on the border en masse! Our border towns are under siege now but if the cartels outlast the Mexican government, we ain't seen nothin' yet! If a flood of "economic refugees" flow across our border, our already floundering economy would sink like a rock under the weight of our "friends to the south". Even the Obamaniacs recognize this, don't they?
