Is Chuck Baldwin an official Write In candidate in N.C. ?

How can I find out if he is or not ? I want to vote for him or Alan Keyes but only if they are legal write ins and will count. Please let me know if you know . Thanks

Baldwin is not a qualified write-in for North Carolina. The Constitution Party did not get the requisite signatures for ballot access, from what I hear. I don't know if that is accurate, however.

    Qualified candidates for NC are:

    McCain
    Obama
    Barr
    Nader
    McKinney
    Moore

Well after looking into each one of them I guess Bob Barr is who I will vote for. The rest are all for Amnesty and Open Boarders according to

Apropos is right as usual. The link shows the status of Baldwin in each state.

Unfortunately, so is Bob Barr (for legalization of illegal aliens).

Well he is better than any of the other choices I have here in NC and I don't want to write in someone that will not be counted.

I called the Board of Elections about this as well. They told me my Presidential vote would be disqualified if I wrote in Baldwin; so I too voted for Bob Barr.
