THE LOS ANGELES DECLARATION OF DECEMBER 13, 2006

You may have missed this last week: The City Council passed "The Declaration of Los Angeles" - a resolution supporting humane treatment for (and condemning hate speech against) immigrants.

    2. Support human rights and the humane treatment of undocumented persons as part of the tradition of fighting intolerance and bias.

    3. Recognize and publicly denounce xenophobia and anti-immigrant bias as having no place in United States' immigration policy.

    5. Hold to the highest standards of human rights and dignity all law enforcement and judicial processes that relate to deportation, detention and immigration status.

    DECLARATION OF CONCERNED AMERICANS

    Declaration of Concerned Americans

Is it wrong to stand up for the rights of the citizens of the United States?

In response to the Los Angeles City Council’s ratification of the Declaration of Los Angeles on December 13th, TalkRadio 790 KABC has created a Declaration of Concerned American Citizens. We hope you will consider pledging your support for the rights of all American Citizens and for the right to protect that which so many have fought and died for.

    Declaration of Concerned American Citizens

    A. Citizens of the United States have the right to speak out about the negative impact of illegal aliens unlawfully entering America.

    B. Voicing concerns about what may happen to America if illegal aliens continue to cross the American border, does not make you a racist.

    C. Expecting elected U.S. Officials to protect America’s borders, economy and culture is reasonable.

    D. Citizens have the right to inform authorities when witnessing illegal border crossing and the expectation that these same authorities will uphold the law of the land.

Based on the foregoing recitals, 790 KABC, calls upon all U.S. citizens, local and state officials to do the following:

    1. Treat every person, whether a citizen or an illegal alien, humanely.

    2. Recognize that opposing illegal aliens entering the United States does not make one intolerant, racist or a xenophobe.

    3. Monitor and report to authorities those persons or groups who would seek to prevent through intimidation those U.S. Citizens who are watching the U.S. border for illegal crossings.

    4. Hold to the highest standards of dignity and justice all law enforcement officials, judges and politicians who work in areas relating to deportation, detention and immigration.

    5. Recognize the need for a safe and secure United States.

If you agree with this Declaration, pledge your support here with your name and / or comments to members of the Los Angeles City Council!

"Hate" speech seems to be defined as "any words that up-hole the law and sovereignty ofthe United States".

I actually did catch that. Unfortunately LA is practically part of Mexico so nothing there is really surprising.

Political correctness is killing this country and we all know this. Bias and profiling have been around for thousands of years. It is NOT about race, it is about the fact that certain races have a higher incidence of crime than others. It is about statistics and reality. Cut and dry!

Again, read the 40 goals of the communists. If you cannot see a lot of this happening you are not paying attention!

We are founded on human rights, the same rights that these communist plunderers seek to destroy!!! It's not going your way sneak-thieves, you are not winning!!!
We are NOT a nation of immigrants!

    2. Support (American Workers) rights and treatment from traitorous, greedy money grubbing employers who destroy loyal long time employees lives, so they can put a few extra dollars into their over stuffed bank accounts.

    3. Recognize and publicly denounce Illegal acts of companies, employing un-documented workers, who stole, and forged identifications, and broke numerous laws, and who have no rights at all, as un-invited, and un-wanted foreign invaders, and a blight on our society.

    6. Recognize the need for a safe and secure United States.
