    SPCA raids on "chicken fights" call I.C.E.?

    This weekend near Dallas, Corsicana, SPCA use local law enforcement to raid a huge cock fight org., had stands, had a consession stand with beer and hard booze, had drugs and drug dealers, had lots of illegal chicken's, and most likely "illegals". The SPCA took the chickens, but the humans who were just betting and had the "cocks with spurs attached" only got fines.

    300 of the fighting "cocks" 150 owners and gamblers ect.

    Is there a way to force the SPCA to alert I.C.E. and the Border Patrol and or others so this illegal activity can be used to deport the illegals at the fights?
