    We have something very special going on in Beaufort County. Please go to the focus campaign and send a letter. They are considering a Hazelton type ordinance, which is also known as an IIRA (Illegal Immigration Relief Act).

    Their 3rd and final adoption vote is on the 27th. This is their last chance to pass the ordinance because 6 our of 10 council members have been replced and the new council will take office on Jan. 2nd.

    Please write a brief note encouraging them to pass the ordinance and send it to the list of councilmen. Please post a brief note on the focus campaign that you sent a letter.
