You watch that man run and you just let him run, he committed a crime and you knew he was illegal just because he ran. Maybe he ran because he was drunk.
Also while you were having that little debate with yourself did ya think that if he wasn't here in the first place that he wouldn't have SLAMED into that car.

so here's a thought if you give him the right to drive legally and he slams into my car and ran, but you caught him, and wow he doesn't have insurance do I get to sue you?
Because he is illegal and you gave him the privilege to slam into me, not bump. But slammed ..ok now what happened to this illegal driver? Does he get a pass and get a license just because he is illegal and ran from a accident ?
