BTW, King needs to have wording in the text of the legislation that its sole purpose is to codify the legislative intent of the 14th Amendment.


If the text of his legislation is not worded very carefully, it could later be used to pretend children born to aliens while on American soil who have entered our Country illegally, prior to King’s legislation, must be considered to have been citizens upon their birth.
