Yet another story about a school installing surveillance cameras in bathrooms reminds us that, while parents are treated as pedophiles for taking photographs of their own children, any perversion whatsoever is acceptable as long as it is conducted by those deemed to be in a position of authority.

This is truly shocking! What the hell is going on in this country? It appears it was the fat principle screwing around (on our dime of course), not the students!

I don't think the cameras should be pointed at stalls but the sink area should not be a problem.

Take the good with the bad. People get attacked in school bathrooms, are now having sex in there, kids smoke, lite fires in the trashcans, break things, vandalize... Some of that could be prevented, if cameras were used in the non-private areas of the restrooms. You open the door and can see the sinks and doors, what's wrong with a camera seeing those areas?
