ICE won't arrest illegals unless they are "criminal ali

At the Home Depot located at East H/Paseo del Rey in Chula Vista, at 1535 hrs, on 08/18/2010, I saw 5-7 suspected illegal aliens standing on an embankment. One approached my car. I asked him where he was from. He stated "Guerrero" (a state in Mexico) I asked him if he had any papers, and he stated: "No tengo" (I don't have) This is a common thing, as anyone living in the SW US knows. The San Diego Sector Border Patrol has a policy of not responding to a call at a business district such as this, and refers people to call ICE. (If you have ever called to report illegals, you would know) I then called the San Diego ICE Staff Duty Officer, who stated that ICE will only respond to "criminal" illegal aliens, meaning only if they have criminal records in the US (besides immigration convictions) She stated they won't respond to the Home Depot. I asked her who to call, and she said the Border Patrol.

So basically, these illegals have a free pass. Apparently no one in the federal government cares anymore. If you are an illegal alien and you don't get convicted of any serious crimes, no one is "allowed" to arrest you per policy. Makes me sick.

From October 2008 through June of this year, 46,929 people identified through Secure Communities were removed from the U.S., the documents show. Of those, 12,293 were considered non-criminals and 9,831 were labeled as having committed the most serious crimes.

California had the highest percentage of immigrants deported who had committed Level 1 crimes, with 38 percent of a total 14,823 immigrants sent out of the country, according to statistics from 24 of the states participating through the end of June. In Georgia, 39 percent of 624 immigrants removed were non-criminals, the highest rate among the states.

Travis County, Texas led all counties with the highest percentage of non-criminals deported, 82 percent of 724, according to the groups' analysis of the statistics.

Fingerprint sharing led to deportation of 47,000

    Deport all illegal aliens

ILLEGALS ENTER THIS COUNTRY WITHOUT VISAS OR OVERSTAY. SO THEY HAVE TO BE DEPORTED NOW.

    If

If ICE does not have the ability to deport those here Illegally then the number of migrants must be lowered across the board to a manageable amount.

How do they know if or not the invader has a "criminal record" if they don't respond? Are they assuming the invader loitering in front of Home Depot is a nice guy, only here to make a better life for himself?

Lets face it, their must be some sort of unofficial policy, mandating that Home Depots are sanctuary zones for illegal invaders. The whole country is witness to aggressive illegal invaders loitering about in Home Depot parking lots and the perimeter with impunity, yet nothing is ever done. Why?

I bet that ICE officers drive by Home Depots everyday and see illegal invaders loitering about, as they continue to drive on by without even stopping. Certainly it can be no surprise to ICE officers that invaders loiter about Home Depot. They live in the same communities as we do and must see this themselves while on duty or in their off time. How could they not?

I do not blame the rank and file ICE officer for this. I'm sure many of them would love to conduct sweeps at Home Depots but cannot because of unofficial agency policy preventing this.

It is obvious, at least where I know about, South Padre Island, the business sector does not want to see a loss of their supply of cheap illegal labor, so they would only punish political candidates for enforcing immigrant laws, by denying the candidates campaign contributions.

Next time you busted and stand before a judge try to explain to him how you a non criminal and should be allowed to continue with your non criminal activity and see how far it gets you.

Just how drifty do you have to be to to come to the conclusion that someone that has broken immigration laws is not a criminal? Specially someone that has sworn an oath of office to uphold the United States Constitution and the law.

Maybe we can have them explain themselves...and explain themselves...and explain themselves...and explain themselves...and explain themselves...

What the heck is going on here and why are we allowing this?

From what I understand, the best way to get rid of them on Private Property such as Home Depot is to complain to Home Depot Headquarters. I have been personally harrassed by them there. They are a huge distraction to the shopping experience there. I stopped going.

Illegal entry into our nation needs to be made a felony on the first offense with immediate deportation. A second offense well...I can think of a few things...
