Don't be discouraged just yet. Only about 3.3 percent of the precincts have reported. Cali's a BIG place! We should know tomorrow....

I think much of this is absentee ballots that were already counted. They've shown percentages for Guiliani, too, and Edwards on the Dem side. I don't know much beyond that.

Edited to add: I don't think it would be unreasonable to suspect the possibility of massive voter fraud in CA.
