    "THEY WILL BE SENT BACK"

CaribWorldNews, NEW YORK, NY: So what does a Buffalo-based, Tea Partyite, wealthy gubernatorial wannabe have in common with immigrant New Yorkers. Not a whole lot and he`s not even pretending to.

Republican Carl Paladino has made it crystal clear where he stands on immigration reform, especially as it relates to undocumented immigrants. In a city of immigrants, where many undocumented migrants are part of the many who keep the wheels of the state and the nation churning daily, Paladino says he will not be a governor for the undocumented.

And what are we to do with them pray tell Mr. Paladino? As far as he is concerned we should round them all up and send them back.

`If the law enforcement people apprehend an undocumented alien, they will be sent back, yes. They will be given to federal authorities for proper deportation. Because we believe in the rule of law,` he told reporters recently following a breakfast in the Bronx, an area he only visited for the first time recently.

And forget about any social help for the undocumented.

`We are not servicing them. We are not letting them come out in our social services programs; we are not letting them come out in our Medicaid programs. They can go someplace else and try to get in those programs in some other state. But the taxpayers of this state are not going to be servicing undocumented aliens, OK,` said the man who got over a million dollar tax break and created a single job.

As he added in his rather gruff, `fuggetaboutit` way of speaking: `You gotta go back to where you came from and come in on a clear path, alright, and earn it and then you are entitled to those entitlements.`
Immigrant voters need to take urgent heed. This is not the person we want in the governor`s mansion and leading a state of progressives and moderates. This guy is better suited for Texas or Arizona so I suggest the good citizens of this city wake up from their frustration and angst over the slow change that`s come from the Obama White House and vote on November 2nd.

It is not enough to sit back and complain and do nothing. Not voting is a vote for Palladino and that is not a choice considering the stance that this guy continues to spew.

Andrew Cuomo, the Democratic nominee for governor, must be the choice despite our many reservations. The alternative is not even an option.

`We are New York. We are the laboratory for the American experiment of democracy. The Statue of Liberty stands in our harbor,` he said. `We are the welcome mat for the nation. We are founded on the premise that we can say to the people all across this globe: Come here, we invite you,` said Cuomo recently. As an attorney general, he has been very active in protecting immigrant communities and has always been talking in favor of immigration reform.

We have to take Cuomo at his word on this and give him our votes come November 2nd and send Paladino back to Buffalo or back to whatever rock he crawled out from under.

Ooooooh if only California could have a candidate like this one.....

    Carl on Immigration
My father was an immigrant; my wife's forebears were immigrants. Legal immigration helped make this country great. Legal immigration will continue to add to the strength of our nation.

However, I am completely opposed to any form of amnesty or other political solution aimed to absorb illegal immigrants into the fabric of America. These people took advantage of the United States; they broke our laws and many jumped on New York's Medicaid and social welfare systems the day they arrived.

Countless New Yorkers have told me that when concerned citizens call local authorities to inform of them of illegal immigrants and their activities in the community, their complaints fall on deaf ears. That is just flat wrong. Local policing agencies and elected officials must enforce the law. As Governor, I would make this happen.

    Carl on Abortion
I was born and raised a Catholic and have always believed in the inherent dignity and sanctity of all human life. I believe the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed.

At its core, abortion is a fundamental assault on the sanctity of innocent human life - especially the abhorrent practice of partial birth abortion. I oppose using public revenues to promote or perform abortion and, as Governor, I will not fund organizations which advocate the procedure.

I also support the appointment of judges who respect traditional family values and the sanctity and dignity of innocent human life.

Carl on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms
I support an individual's right to bear arms as recognized by the Second Amendment and I believe it is now time to enshrine this vision of our Founding Fathers in the New York State Constitution. It is disgraceful that New York is one of the few states that leaves state gun owners' rights up to the whim of state legislators.

And not only will I defend against further assaults by Sheldon Silver and the gang against existing gun owner rights, but I will look for opportunities to roll back any existing state law that infringes upon the right to bear arms.

    Carl on Healthcare
Sky-rocketing health care costs are drowning families, businesses and governments in red ink - leaving millions priced out of the market and without coverage. In New York, we pay more for health care than most other states and our Medicaid program is by far the most expensive in the nation.

But Obamacare - with its maze of mandates, dictates, controls, tax hikes and subsidies - pushes costs further in the wrong direction and will worsen our deteriorating economy.

As an attorney, I am also deeply concerned that there are several critical unconstitutional provisions in this bill. For the first time ever, the federal government is forcing people to buy a good or service in the marketplace. In my view, this exceeds Congress' power under the commerce clause and brings into play the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution which reserves such decisions to the states and the people.

Oh yeah, he's got the Dems of NY and all the NY media quite nervous.

The MSM basically ignored him in the primaries professing he didn't have a snowballs chance. Low and behold he won by a landslide! Now every strategy imaginable to discredit him is being pushed on the public.

It was his win that made me believe Gilly will lose and Schumer could well be very surprised.

Andrew Cuomo is a Kennedy to me that says it all...Paladino says he will only be there for the one term if elected...the status quo dislikes him but to me the status quo needs to go. He in not politically savvy, hmmm to he ...sounds like Christie from New Jersey...we need more like that.
