My aunt had a thyroid condition that required it to be removed. While trying to adjust her synthetic hormone, she gained 150 pounds, while eating relatively little. Once it was adjusted (it took almost 5 years to get it right) she has lost 100 pounds of the weight she gained. She would probably have been denied service.

Or what of the tourist passing through? They will have to starve through the entire state because they have no kitchen in their car? In 1989 when the first anti-smoking bill came out, I warned people that fast food was next. followed by government mandated exercise programs. Then what? the official menu of what and how much each of us may eat on any given day? Land of the free no more.

Next thing you know people will be suing cause they spilled hot coffee in their lap going thru a drive thru.
That has already happened...LOL but of course you were joking huh?? :P
I think in life the only thing a person can have and it only be for them is eating. Everything else isn't just for you, so if people like to eat what the crap is it to the government? Like they could care less if an Ameican dies from Obesity, maybe it is because of all the over weight illegals that they have gotten so worried about, because it sure isn't Us AMERICANS
Every immigrant who comes here should be required within five years to learn English or leave the country.

New bill would make it illegal for restaurants to serve the obese
FEBRUARY 1--Mississippi legislators this week introduced a bill that would make it illegal for state-licensed restaurants to serve obese patrons. Bill No. 282, a copy of which you'll find below, is the brainchild of three members of the state's House of Representatives, Republicans W. T. Mayhall, Jr. and John Read, and Democrat Bobby Shows. The bill, which is likely dead on arrival, proposes that the state's Department of Health establish weight criteria after consultation with Mississippi's Council on Obesity. It does not detail what penalties an eatery would face if its grub was served to someone with an excessive body mass index. (2 pages)

Talk about taking away someones freedoms.
Two republican co-sponsors.. the party of "small government" indeed!
