My aunt had a thyroid condition that required it to be removed. While trying to adjust her synthetic hormone, she gained 150 pounds, while eating relatively little. Once it was adjusted (it took almost 5 years to get it right) she has lost 100 pounds of the weight she gained. She would probably have been denied service.
Or what of the tourist passing through? They will have to starve through the entire state because they have no kitchen in their car? In 1989 when the first anti-smoking bill came out, I warned people that fast food was next. followed by government mandated exercise programs.
