Isn't it about time for an update on Elvira? Anyone heard or seen anything new or is she still attempting to fly under the radar?

I heard through a confidential source that she is presently in training to become Bank Of America's new spokesperson.

Wasn't she deported and then illegally re-entered again?

I think Vicente Fox sent her illustrated instructions and she tunneled out of the church.

I have written letters to Obama, Durbin, the Suntimes, Tribune and Southtown Economist newspapers with regard to the criminal behavior of Smellvira and asking why she has not been deported or at the very least why Saul has been circling the globe and she has not been held accountable for him ditching school. Obama and Durbin sent me nice little kiss off form letters (I could hear the violin music while reading them), the Suntimes printed a quote from my letter (along with several others) and other than that I haven't heard a peep with regards to her whereabouts or any further action being taken to get this convicted felon out of our country.

I'm sure Daley and his adopted son Guiterrez are protecting her (despite her being a convicted felon), in the hopes that amnesty is granted.

Elvira's past felony charges should be the deal breaker for her. IMO, her criminal record would disqualify her from any amnesty the Democrat controlled Congress could push through. My point being, I seriously doubt she'll get amnesty, even if a bill should be approved. To give folks like her amnesty would destroy any crediability the United States has regarding the rule of law (not that there is much now).

I heard she was working on Obama's campaign...Illinois is such a lost cause, I am embarrassed to say that I live here. At least if I lived in a border state, there would be some support. Here, it is a free for all.

While her felony is indeed the deal breaker, I have the feeling that should any form of amnesty occur that the Mexican government has already brokered a deal with Bush to let her stay. She's been laying low of late and my gut tells me that she will be allowed to stay as long as she keeps quiet.

Neese I doubt that she is working on Obama's campaign. While he and Durbin initially stuck their necks out to support her extension, when the issue became public knowledge they both backed down and refused to help her any further which is why ICE publicly acknowledged that the would get her "in their own time".

Also, you as well as I know that the spotlight on Obama is glaring, and he is smart and cunning enough to not provide ammo for Hillary or the Republicans. There are plenty of people in Illinois and nationally P.O'd about this illegal invasion that will withdraw their support when Obama's stance regarding "amnesty" starts circulating without he or Durbin adding fuel to the fire.
