I just had a member of Congress tell me that some Tea Party group or groups had emails going around asking people to call Congress to support Raul Labrador for majority leader to replace Cantor!

We are even seeing articles like this one claiming Raul Labrador is the best choice for those Tea Party people that ousted Eric Cantor.

There are several problems with that...

1. The Tea Party groups made no effort, spent no money, and were not the ones that ousted Eric Cantor with David Brat. It was conservatives in Virginia that revolted.

2. Raul Labrador used to be an immigration attorney that made a living helping illegal immigrants!

3. Raul Labrador was quoted in politico last year saying...

"“What I think should happen is for illegal immigrants to come out of the shadows, become legalized in some way and that status could lead in someway to legal residency and citizenship eventually but just the same as everybody else”

We have just received this notice that Glenn Beck is one of the sources putting out the false information that Raul Labrador is some kind of better alternative to Eric Cantor.
