The Teacher Said, "WELL, IT WORKS FOR ME !!"
When I dropped my youngest child off at school this morning I said to the teacher, "I guess you're only going to have English speakers today. " She said, "Well, it works for me !!" , with a big .
My neighbor who was walking her dog as we left was smiling, and she called over to me and said, "I hope they stay home tomorrow too !!"
So far that's all I can report from South Florida. But it's only 8AM !Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

LOL Good for these people - may they enjoy this!! And when it's all over, providing those protestors make total fools of themselves, we can all start all over again with calling our representatives and government officials beginning on Tuesday.

My friend that went to work today said his hispanic co-workers didn't show up for work...he is having to do their job....will they get fired?? Well NO...because the main office of the company he works for has closed so the hispanics can be out today...the smaller divisions of the same company had to work....but they failed to tell the hispanics there that they had to work too...

All the hispanics I work with are here. Every one of them. I live in a small town but so far every place is open I have seen.

All of the immigrants are here at work in the Northern Virginia area I work in. In fact, no difference is being seen by anyone associated with the area. I did notice at one of the local buildings this morning that the number of people that are usually "working" was a little low, but picked up by mid-morning. Guess this kind of back-fired?

Nothing much to report here either. But I live in a small town in MA. Haven't heard what's happening today in Boston.
