    it's really frustrating when I think of how much blood, sweat, and tears I put into coming up with tuition to get a degree in education to teach. I didn't have any scholarships or grants from the government....I worked. Not sure what I'll do with that degree now that I've left public school. It's almost impossible to find teaching positions in private schools around here because every teacher is thinking the same thing! Talk about screwed....

    They are not even hiring English speaking Teachers in Texas

    Currently they are hirirng Billingual Teachers only in most school districts. Those of us who speak only English will be without jobs. Teachers need to get together to walk the streets saying that we will not be treated in this manner. By the way, I am a substitue teacher and every time there is a holiday they are running to Mexico. They are coming and going wherever they want.
