Dorgan bill came back up and Reid allowed Dorgan bill again. Democratic legislators want bill to go down and blame Republicans he is implying.

Senators think they are judged on how many bills they pass.

Rush baffles me. I was hoping to hear him rally the troops yesterday and he puttered around with the Global Warming issue.

But I will claim that I DID PREDICT something along these lines. I stated that there is a breaking point at which Kennedy will see as much benefit by throwing a tantrum and letting it "fail" because in HIS wacko mind it would look like a failure of Bush's. These people don't think like you and I.

Rush is saying Reid is seeking President Bush's input from far away at the G8. Dealing with Putin, getting a slap in the face from Putin, and now Reid is saying the President's Bill is having problems passing.

Sam, I agree with you that Rush should be doing more and encouraging more activism from the millions of listeners and Americans.

Sure, let the Republicans take the blame, I'll vote for all of the Republicans I can in 08 if this bill fails (except those who vote for it).

Senator Reid keeps saying now, that it's Bush's bill and the democrats are trying to help him pass it. He obviously thinks the bill is going down and now he's trying to save face.

I think Reid will pull the plug, before the day is done.
