Of course he won't be impeached over this. He had no knowledge whatsoever of the IRS targeting Christians and conservatives. He didn't know. He just didn't know. Really. It's reprehensible. He couldn't possibly have known. Neither did Hillary. Or Eric. They don't know anything about anything either. "At this point, what difference does it make?"
