    Article incorrect

The article is incorrect. Texas law requires an I-94 form, a work visa, a Social Security Card, and a passport--not an I-95 form. http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.u...pdf/TN.522.pdf There is a provision which allows issuance of a CDL to a nonresident who does not present a Social Security card which does not require the applicant to submit an I-94, a work visa, or a passport but this CDL is only good for a maximum of 60 days.
