    The costs of deportation

Today I had a conversation to the aide of Illinois Democrat Dan Harmon, wanting to find out the views of illegal immigration and besides the talking out of both sides of his mouth about controlling illegals coming into this state, his comment was that it would be very expensive to deport 12 million+ illegals. With the amount that we are paying out for free health care, welfare, Section 8 housing -- would the costs associated with rounding up and deporting them all be more that what we are already giving out to them be more?

Heck no -sending them back is a one time cost. Letting them stay is a lifetime proposition. THEN THEY HAVE BABIES AND WIVES THAT NEVER WORK AND LIVE OFF THE SYSTEM - DO THE MATH.

I think once caught - they can pay their own way back or go back across the desert the same way they got here. After they do send back about 1000 and put it all over the news, I think will quite a few go back of their own accord, especially if you add a big fat fine and confiscate any money they have in the US.

I am tired of hearing that they won't have any money to get home -bull they have plenty to send back.

There are many ways to solve the illegal alien problem that would not cost much. Take away the incentives and the illegals will go away by themselves.

    1. Seal the border.
    2. Stop all businesses who use illegal aliens (notice I did not say fine.)
    3. Change the law to prevent anchor babies.
    4. Stop all social program funding for all illegals.
    5. Our educational system will ONLY be for legal residents.
    6. Those caught here illegally will be immediately driven to the border.

The savings from social programs and education will more than pay for the one way trips to the border.

IT'S OUR POLITICIANS WHO ARE PREVENTING THE ABOVE FROM HAPPENING. They are a bunch of losers who are just looking out for themselves. Cater to the Hispanics and the rest of the Nation gets crapped on.

I believe if we dry up the job market for them, they'll simply leave. Through a plan of very aggressive employer enforcement. The raid on IFCO has had a huge ripple effect with other employers in Southern California anyway. A company with a plant local to me just let go 35 employees that HAD all used the same social security numbers to gain employment, and asked many MORE to verify their info. A friend on the inside verified this information to me. They did this because one of the IFCO raids took place very close to here. The incentive to stay will be gone if they simply can't find jobs. Irregardless of their country of origin, they can live for a year home, for one months rent here. I hope everyday the Supreme Court allows the Mohawk Industries RICO lawsuit to proceed in the lower court. Should the suit be allowed to proceed, Mohawk would be liable for TRIPLE damages under the RICO statuates. If Mohawk were to lose, almost NO industry hiring illegal workers would be immune from the sharks (lawyers) in the water. In as much as I dislike lawyers and distain all but absolutely necessary litigation, they will do the jobs the president and congress WON'T do!

The easiest way to pay for their deportation is to slap a fine equal to ten times the deportation cost for each illegal employee on any employer who either knows or should have known that he is/was employing an illegal alien. In that manner, one of every ten dollars of fine will go to deporting those employees and the other nine can go to rounding up others.

In response to what DEFENS said, it only takes a few people to file a class action lawsuit. That being the case I've wondered why people who lived in these nice little towns in Arkansas and North Carolina have not sued companies like Tysons who have brought in so many illegals in order to not pay the going wage of the local labor force. We had a woman in our office who was from a small town in Arkansas . She said her town was idyllic untill the poultry plant went in. What is the value of living in a Norman Rockwell town versus the barrio ? Isn't there some loss or causative action?
Why do all of the class action lawyers gang up on the drug companies which you must admit have some value and ignore the harm done by the greed of companies like Tyson's/ And for what Chicken meat riddled with antibiotics

We do not have to deport them all. Please read the ALIPAC platform and associated materials found on the top blue tool bar.

This information and plan has been very well received by the public and many Congressional offices.

We ask that our supporters promote the material you find there when answering questions about this crisis.
