Thread: Is there any logic to this stinkin' thinkin'?

Here's my logic:

ANYTHING that helps the American citizens - whether it's the workforce, or property owners, or teachers, or doctors, or anyone else - is OK with me. SO......if we are not helped by this bill (or any other), why do it?

The emphasis should be on the American citizen, yes? We fight the wars, we pay the taxes.

So, don't you think our legislators are doing some kind of "stinkin' thinkin'"? Who the hell are they serving, may I ask? Where did this country go wrong??

Where is FDR when you need him?

It just blows my mind that we've come to this - that our government pays no attention to who they're SUPPOSED to be paying attention to!

Not me, I believe in the rule of law. If the law is bad, than people need to work for change. However, every law that is written went through a so-called democratic process and should be enforced. Somethings that are good for one group of people may not be so good for another group. Just my opinion.
