I suppose to the New World Order there are only three categories of humans.

1. consumers
2. producers
3. those that are both consumers and producers

Since we are viewed simply as "resources" it would make sense to bypass our elected representatives and simply work out trade agreements.

Too much hassle and debate if they bother with congress. Much simpler and faster to let unelected bureaucrats do the negotiating.

I'm convinced this is already happening.
