I'm not sure if he is actually going to get a sentence. I know I won't be looking for a sewing machine at his website.

This ICE news release says that Joseph Edward Fulmer, owner of the "Stitching Post" in Ohio pleaded guity to four charges "including encouraging and inducing aliens to reside in the United States illegally, concealing, harboring, and shielding illegal aliens, visa fraud and misuse, and unlawfully employing illegal aliens." The article also mentions that he was convicted in 2004 after he was caught smuggling an illegal alien into the US.

This is his store on the web from what I can tell:

Notice he doesn't list either conviction under the news url in the top right corner.
