Thread: AR: Arkansas ALIPAC supporters needed for Senate meetings!

All:
Plans NOW are:
1. We will gather in the large parking lot on Capitol Ave. approx. 1 block EAST (toward downtown) of the State Capitol at 0915 ON FRI 6/1/07. There will be signs saying "Meet Bill Here" on the entrance to the parking lot from Capitol Ave.

2. From Sen. L's office, we will car-pool to 500 Pres. Clinton Ave. to Sen. P's office. Then back to Capitol parking lot to disperse home.

3. The one thing we would like everyone to wear above their left pocket is a paper or poster tag listing just the NAME OF THE TOWN they represent in large letters. Suggested size of tag is approx. 2" or 3" wide X 5" or 6" long.

4. There are several Specific Questions we want to have answered by each Senator and would like to get them presented at the very beginning of each visit then the floor is open for any comments or questions from our group to the Senators. Pls feel free to express your feelings on elected officials performance on the Amnesty or other Illegal Immigration issues.

5. We plan on a totally Civil Visit with NO CONFRONTATION. Each individual is solely responsible for their individual conduct, There is no scripted outline which limit any of us from presenting our personal dissatisfaction with the lack of enforcement of existing laws on the Illegal Immigration by our elected officials. However as everyone knows, the opinions we are able to convey will be most effective if presented in a temperate, but passionate, self-controlled way that avoids name-calling and arguments based on race, religion, or national origin. Strong use of a few FACTS, VOTING RECORDS, CONCISE ANALYSIS AND SOME APPROPRIATE HUMOR is considered the best way to advance our arguments. Specific criticism of open-border politicians and others is certainly encouraged without "in-your-face" rhetoric and normally get the best results.

6. Cell numbers (4) which will be available for YOUR assistance on FRI will be provided verbally by me if you will call me @ 501-767-0464 or 501-617-0555 before 9 pm (2100) Thur. 5/31/07.

7. ANY REQUIRED CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS to this schedule will be posted by Urgent E-mail or by phone to you SO if you have a CELL PHONE you will be using Fri please advise me ASAP.

8. Our Prayers are that each of us will have a safe and successful (FOR GOD AND OUR COUNTRY) trip.
