Thread: Tony Snow: DOUBLESPEAK CLOWN

Listening to Tony Snow on CSPAN2 now.
He is a rambling master of DOUBLESPEAK. What a dismissive, babbling, controlling, arrogant jerk he is.

Do not say what you mean and do not mean what you say.

He hasn't answered a SINGLE question with a real answer. I've been watching this for 20 minutes now and feel like vomiting. His fake smug smile and his waffling doublespeak make me physically ill.

It is really a shame. He was a good reporter and now he is a mouthpiece for a lier.

Everybody who is mad should be taking it out on the Senate right NOW. They want to vote on this bill Thursday, We have to keep the pressure on NOW!! Tell them you are tearing up your registration card and registering Independant ,if this bill passes and you will replace them with an Independant.

Remember the last time this bill came up we lost it the first round and won the second one!!

I am reposting this because it is catching on, many are picking this upas a good nickname for tony snow:

One thing that is accurate is Tony Snow was a great, well-liked and respected journalist. It seems he got duped into thinking this job was an honor. I've even wondered if perhaps because of his health, he felt this path would secure his family's future.

I know this isn't a popular opinion here, but I feel rather sorry for Tony Snow and think we shouldn't shoot this messenger.

Let's instead focus our efforts on shattering this bill.

This is another amazing thing about this whole fiasco- The realization that people who I thought were good Americans, who I thought knew what was good for the U.S.A., leaders and public figures who I looked up to, have been exposed as shills for the power elite. I hate to say, but my faith in the political process has been shaken.

I know what you mean about Tony Snow...He was a likeable guy...I remember when Tony Snow was only thinking about the job of Press Secretary for Bush...I remember thinking (Please don't sell your soul to the devil, don't take that job)!

I disagree. I believe that people should be held responsible for their actions. Those who don't will have to suffer the consequences.

Tony Snow is a propaganda machine. Snow is deceptive and he lies. If he had one modicum of self-respect and was a man of principles, he would either resign from the job or refuse to churn lies. Since he continues to perpetuate lies, he is accountable for the negative press that he rightfully deserves.
