The thing that really amazes me is that they can gather enough puppets in one place who can sit there and swallow the swill without one "boo!" At least during the state of the union address there are some senators who boo at least some of the statements.
Another thing that disturbs me is that the average person can't get anywhere near top gov't officials. I guess they really are afraid that someone is going to ask the question that starts the landslide.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Ask the question that stops the invasion.

QUOTE:
Q In light of national security, some of us baby boomers are going to retire in the next three to five years.
THE PRESIDENT: There you go. I know how you're thinking, baby. (Laughter.) I'm right there with you. (Laughter.)
Q And the number of people replacing us is only at about 63 percent. So what are we going to do with immigration to make sure we have enough people to fill those positions?

GEE, I WONDER IF THIS WAS A 'STAGED' QUESTION. NAAAAA. THIS ADMINISTRATION WOULD NEVER STOOP SO LOW.
RIP Butterbean! We miss you and hope you are well in heaven.-- Your ALIPAC friends

"In light of national security, some of us baby boomers are going to be retiring in 3 to 5 years."
What does this mean? Baby Boomers are retiring in 3 to 5 years "in light of national security"? Do Baby Boomers pose a risk to our national security while at work? Are they afraid to go to work because of our lack of national security?
You asked is this a staged question? It must be. No normal person would make such a statement. Bush states, "I know how you're thinking, baby". I've read it 5 times and I still don't know why Baby Boomers are retiring in 3 to 5 years because of national security, but apparently the Wackident does, so it must have been his Wacki-Staged Question.
If they've got a job, they need to keep it and the benefits and work right up to the time they kick them out the door in forced retirement. They are earning their highest incomes at this time; earning their highest number of paid vacation and sick day; earning their highest amounts of company contributions to their 401 Ks. I'd work right up to the time they rolled me out in a wheel chair or on a gurney.
And of course the next question is obviously STAGED. The last thing Baby Boomers are worried about, well, the last thing any AMERICAN is worried about, is how many Americans there are in line to replace the retiring Baby Boomers. The last time I checked, American Business is retiring the jobs of the Baby Boomers before the Baby Boomers are even retiring, so that is the LAST OF OUR WORRIES and is in fact not a worry at all. Baby Boomers represent one age group...about a 5 year span of time over a 47 year career if you start working when you are 18 and retire at 65 like most Americans who start working out of high school or a 43 year career if you start working when you are 22 out of college and retire at 65.
So, the 5 year Baby Boomer Period after WWII is of no consequence or significance to the work force. It may have some minor issue with regard to social security payments but we'll have had 65 years to prepare for this day and these workers all paid in and even social security should be well-financed to handle the Baby Boomers.
This is a false concern; a fabricated concern. The Amnesty of the 60's and the Amnesty of the 80's created more than enough "replacements" to deal with that brief little Baby Boomer period.
This is evil at work; deception at work; lies spewing to create fear and concern where there should be none.
So, were these questions "staged"?
You betcha.

02-19-2006, 10:18 AM #16It means they are going to hire a whole bunch more foreign workers to take the jobs we vacate. It is already happening. And National Security will be threatened even more as a result. What does this mean? Baby Boomers are retiring in 3 to 5 years "in light of national security"?
