Heck, ICE already knows where to find illegals. If they don't, all they have to do is stop by any Home Depot store in So. CA and they can find dozens out front any day of the week. In San Diego, every single Border Patrol agent knows exactly where they hang out, which bus and trolley routes they take, where they work and which canyons and hotels they live in.

The thing is, the BP are forbidden from nabbing illegals except on the border. If they are drivng to and from their station and their border post and they see a thousand illegals lined up at a bus stop, they are not allowed to lay a finger on them, at the risk of reprimand or even termination. Some great homeland security logic, eh?

And ICE is totally absent here, they could catch hundreds in a single hour if they really wanted to, it's no secret where to find them. They just simply refuse to do so with Bush's olly-olly-in-come-free border security scam. Just get past the front line BP agents and you are in scot-free, safe from any apprehension and eligible for all the rights and benefits of being a real citizen.

That is a really good way to "bring them out in the open though". Bush is always talking about how we can't deport them because because they're "under the radar". Well not no more! They'd be on the grid like the rest of us wouldn't they?
