    Trump’s Mass-Deportation Plan Wouldn’t Pass Congress

NOVEMBER 13, 2015 BY LATINO REBELS

House Speaker Ryan: Trump’s Mass-Deportation Plan Wouldn’t Pass Congress

In an interview with 60 Minutes, the new Republican speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, says Donald Trump’s plan to deport the 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the United States would never pass his chamber of Congress:

Host Scott Pelley: There was a time on Capitol Hill when the other guy had a bad idea, and now on Capitol Hill the other guy’s a bad guy.

Speaker Ryan: Yeah. I think that’s right. I don’t know how that got going.

Pelley: How do you heal that animosity? It’s your job now.

Ryan: Leadership by example is the way I look at it. I do have friends on the other side of the aisle. I have shown that we can negotiate and compromise without comprising principle — that people who have different ideas aren’t bad people, they just have different ideas.

Somewhere in this we got into impugning people’s character and motives if we didn’t like their ideas. We got to get back to just debating ideas.

There’s reason to believe the new speaker’s talk of conciliation isn’t simply rhetoric.

Ryan was part of a handful of House Republicans who secretly worked with House Democrats, led by Rep. Luis Gutiérrez, to pass comprehensive immigration reform during the 2013 and 2014 sessions of Congress.

Still, Ryan may have already lost the trust of many potential immigration-reform allies, as during a town hall meeting in April 2013, the Wisconsin congressman used the term “anchor babies” to refer to the U.S.-born children of undocumented immigrants.

Trump's deportation plan does not have to pass Congress! It is already the law and all Trump needs to do is enforce our existing laws like Obama, Bush, and Ryan should have already.

Hey, Paul RINO, the plan doesn't have to "pass Congress." The POTUS can simply ENFORCE the law! I know that's a novel concept in today's Amerika, but as far as the US Constitution is concerned, it's still the way things are supposed to work.

The sad reality of the matter is:

I.C.E. doesn't have the money in the budget to deport millions of people.

    Congress controls the I.C.E. budget.

This is why we need to wipe out Paul Ryan's core political faction in Congress in the GOP Primaries of 2016 a few months down the line.

His district in Wisconsin needs to wake up and elect someone else. Please Wisconsin, help US save our nation from the likes of Paul Ryan who never met a position of power they didn't exploit and abuse for their own purposes.

ICE doesn't have the budget if they keep doing hearings, providing attorneys, and having these things go on for ages. Fortunately by the law most illegal aliens can be signed off on and deported immediately which takes their deportation cost down from thousands of dollars to a couple hundred dollars or less. As that means far less beds being taken up, far less jail/prison space, less in food costs, and far less in court costs that means a whole lot more money is freed up for quick deportations.

One has to remember by 1994 IIRIRA that illegal aliens must prove that they have more then 2 years residency in the US along with being crime free to qualify for a hearing and that public attorneys shall NOT be provided. How many illegal aliens out there can prove residency yet remain crime conviction free? Living in the shadows and all and stolen / fake identities.

Further nothing prohibits mass hearings when they are due either having say 100 illegal aliens from the same country all put together as 1 entity. Civil hearings follow far different rules then criminal hearings after all.

Mexicans and Canadians can be bussed to the border of their home country.

Millions of other illegal aliens have to be flown home.

That's not going to be cheap.
