This information was taken from a web site Domestic Violence Statistics:

Although the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence has reported that 85% of domestic violence reported is against women, there is a conflicting survey taken by the CDC in 2010 that found that 40% of victims of severe physical domestic violenceare men. Also according to one study 63% of males as opposed to 15% of females had a deadly weapon used against them in a fight with an intimate partner. But it is the report of the NCAD that is used extensively.

There has been little research in the area of domestic abuse against men because neither the Justice Department nor any other agencies will fund such research. Because they refuse to do the research, people are able to perpetuate assumptions that women are only violent when defending themselves or that men could more easily leavea violent relationship.

Violence against men is under reported because of perceptions about masculinity and strength and male pride. Often men are just to embarrassed to talk about it.

All of this, of course is in the USA. The so-called women’s groups are dead silent about rapes and physical abuse of women by illegal aliens. They are also silent about the well documented abuse of women in Muslim culture. A culturally sanctioned abuse that is often ugly, excessive and brutal. And, with rare exemptions, European woman’s issues groups are silent about Muslim brutality as well.

Oh you must have missed my response to that with information on the domestic violence in the United States that American women endure, which is never photographed, which is never put up on the internet in a collage. It's on page 3, right under Newmexican's post.

And please feel free to deflect to women in Europe and men in the United States to continue undermining the issues that impact American Women, including almost 2 x the number of deaths from domestic violence since 2001 - 2012, than soldiers killed in two wars overseas during that timeframe.

You men need to start standing up for men who are abused. Male victims of domestic violence represent 15% of all domestic violence cases, and while a small percentage, it should be non-existent, just as domestic violence against women should be non-existent. Surely you can help increase awareness about that on their behalf and do so in a manner that doesn't threaten their masculinity, because it is very serious and needs to stop.

Texas cuts off Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood

By WILL WEISSERT 9 minutes ago

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Texas announced Monday that it was cutting off Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood clinics following undercover videos of officials discussing fetal tissue, potentially triggering a legal fight like the one unfolding in neighboring Louisiana.

Planned Parenthood affiliates statewide were told in a letter that their enrollment in the joint state-federal Medicaid program was in the process of being terminated because they were potentially "liable, directly or by affiliation, for a series of serious Medicaid program violations."

The move comes after undercover videos released by the anti-abortion group Center for Medical Progress, which alleges the videos show that Planned Parenthood illegally sold fetal tissue for profit. Planned Parenthood denies the allegation and said the videos were misleading.

Planned Parenthood in Texas could not be reached for immediate comment Monday.

In Louisiana, a federal judge ordered the state on Monday to continue providing Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood clinics for 14 more days. Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, while running for president, ordered his state to block funding in the wake of the same videos, but Planned Parenthood sued and challenged the state's decision to end funding for non-abortion services, such as cancer screenings and gynecology exams.

The letter sent to Texas clinics attempted to address the issue of access to other services. The five-page letter was sent by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission's Office of Inspector General.

"Your termination and that of all your affiliates will not affect access to care in this state because there are thousands of alternate providers in Texas, including federally qualified health centers, Medicaid-certified rural health clinics, and other health care providers across the state that participate in the Texas Women's Health Program and Medicaid," the letter said.

The letter also noted that since 2013, the GOP-controlled Texas Legislature has moved to deny as much funding to Planned Parenthood as possible. That included shutting the group out of the Texas Women's Health Program, which provides care to poor Texas residents.

The picture posted by Newmexican was a visual illustration to expose the selective indignation, hyperbole and double standards feminists use to validate their claims of a “War on Women.” Western society has been very good to women, more than any other culturein the world. There can be no justification for the existence of a women’s liberation movement where women are not oppressed to begin with. So feminist create a false perception that Western women are victims. They do that by concentrating on minutia and exaggerate the frequency, degree and importance of minor problems.

Feminists incessantly screech about a War on Women in the benevolent USA when a real War on Women would be viciously cruel as illustrated by the pictures in Newmexican’s post, with its images of Muslim brutality to women. So how does Judy’s respond to that ? She makes an illegitimate comparison. She labels Muslim brutality as “domestic violence” as if it were the same as what occurs in the USA.

Now I am required to go into an explanation to show why this is nonsense. The violence of Muslims is cultural, it is taught to little boys, it is encouraged by Islam, an alien ideology. Domestic violence in the USA is the name given to a type of violent behavior by individuals who are acting contrary to the values and morality of Western society; it is a crime, often very serious. These are personal attacks without an ideological basis, people mad at each other fighting for thousands of different reasons. In Islam brutality of women is excused, justified and essentially legal. And that is why it is not valid to compare US domestic violence with the Muslim brutality on women. A real “War on Women” by definition has to have a common motivation and a common goal. In the case of Islam it is to subjugate women. In the West it is random without a unifying goal or purpose , it is domestic violence and not a "War on Women."

It is the same with one difference which I pointed out. In the United States thanks to women you call Feminists as part of the Women's Liberation Movement who have from our early days ensured that these types of crimes were illegal and punishable by law much as the horrific crimes against blacks used to be legal but were then made illegal in the United States through a Civil War.

In Muslim countries, most women support the brutality of these women. In Muslim culture both men and women support the brutality you see in those pictures, because in those countries, they put God and their Religious Culture before Government so that Government is secondary to their Religious and Cultural Beliefs. In India, many women support burning women and often set the fires and disguise them as kitchen fires.

None of which has anything to do with this thread however, because the issue of this thread was about equal pay for equal work and the right of a pregnant girl or woman in the United States to terminate an unwanted pregnancy.

But thank you for sharing your thoughts on women's rights in the United States. I'm sure it will impress someone somewhere.

    DearJudy:

Laws have been enacted to end racial and gender discrimination, but due to “Affirmative Action” laws discrimination continues, only now the objects of the discrimination have been changed to White males. Jobs are reserved for women and non whites only. That is discrimination but of course the power elite will never admit that. I have friends who were told by employers that they could not hire them because the available jobs were reserved for a minority or a woman.

When it comes to hiring employees in private companies or government jobs or college admissions, White males are the only group of people of which there can be too many. So spare me the rhetoric about how tough women have it compared to men.

And stop with the insulting theories that without Feminists, Western men would be treating women as brutally as Muslims. Although the history is somewhat checkered, women in Western societies have never been totally helpless and never treated as badly as in Muslim culture.

In the West little boys, for the most part, are raised to be protective and gentle to women, the total opposite of Islam. And that is in a large part due to the Christians whom you want to equate to Muslims on the basis that both are religions.

Yes, Affirmative Action does result in reverse discrimination, that is the inevitable result of fixing discrimination which is why it's always better not to have it to begin with, because there is no other way to correct discrimination. Maybe one day, it will be corrected, but based on the data, it's a ways off, especially when good jobs are in short supply. When Trump is elected and good jobs start pouring back into the country in the droves they left in and we stop this outrageous illegal and excessive legal immigration, then there will be plenty of jobs for everyone which means all Americans will be in high demand.

As to the rest of your post, Evil has no religion.
