    Yes, when Trump talks about "immigration reform", he's not talking about "comprehensive immigration reform", he's talking about reform of our legal immigration system, doing something about all these green cards, chain migration, visa lottery, millions of H2 low skill, low wage immigrants, and H1B visas used to replace American Workers with foreign workers, getting rid of all that importation of poverty by converting the whole mess to a system like the ones that Canada and Australia use which are merit-based.
