Americans need to do this. Americans need to slap down that AG in Washington, that Governor in Washington, the AG in Minnesota. You all have the power of recall, these are state elected officials. Congress as an aside should change the 9th Circuit and split it up. That is a great and needed action to take. Trump can appoint Judges, he can't remove them, he can't arrest them, he can't do anything except criticize them.

Don't take a knife to a gun-fight. With rare exception has the United States Supreme Court ever represented the American People. All one needs to do is study the history of the United States Supreme Court with regards to slavery and the attempts by Republicans to establish civil rights for black Americans or the history of illegal immigration and anchor babies and the history of Republicans to try to stop it.

We can't risk the powers of the Executive Branch to enforce US immigration law on this particular EO. Just rewrite it and find another move.
