Three in Florida, Virginia charged with criminal voter fraud
By Scott Malone
Officials in Florida and Virginia filed voter fraud charges against three people in apparently unrelated cases on Friday, just 11 days before American voters cast ballots in the hotly contested presidential race.
The charges targeted a Florida woman and a Virginia man accused of filing bogus voter registration forms and a Florida woman alleged to have tampered with absentee ballots she was opening at the Miami-Dave Elections Department.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has repeatedly charged in recent weeks that the election will be rigged in favor of Democrat Hillary Clinton, though he has shown no proof for these claims and many Republicans have called them unfounded.
Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle in Florida said that one woman, 74-year-old Gladys Coego, had been working as an absentee ballot opener when a supervisor allegedly saw her marking ballots that had been left blank to show votes for a Miami-Dade County mayoral candidate. Prosecutors said that Coego admitted to marking the ballots, and was charged with two felony counts of marking or designating the ballot of another.
"The integrity of the electoral process is intact because our procedures work," said Christina White, the county's election supervisor, in a statement. "While disappointed by these incidents, I am very proud of the safeguards the Elections Department has in place to prevent these fraudulent attempts."
Separately, 33-year-old Tomika Curgil was charged with five felony counts of submitting false voter registration information for allegedly handing in forms filled out by fictitious voters while working on a voter-registration drive for a medical marijuana advocacy group.
Neither Coego nor Curgil could be reached for immediate comment.
A Virginia man was also charged with submitting falsified forms while working for a voter-registration campaign, according to state prosecutors.
Vafalay Massaquoi, 30, was arraigned on two felony counts of forging a public record and two felony counts of voter registration fraud. Each count carries a potential maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
"Given the recent public attention to claims of election fraud, I think it is important to note that there is no allegation that any illegal vote was actually cast in this case," said Virginia Commonwealth's Attorney Bryan Porter. "Furthermore, since the fraudulent applications involved fictitious people, had the fraud not been uncovered, the risk of actual fraudulent votes being cast was low."
It could not immediately be learned if Massaquoi, who was in custody, had retained an attorney.

Okay, will this satisfy you? Her arrest for voting twice proves no such thing. All it means is she was caught breaking the law. Actually, her getting caught voting illegally would lend more to proving the opposite. There, is that better, Judy?
I'm not saying the system is or isn't rigged, I'm just saying your statement is inaccurate because her arrest does not prove the system is rigged. As for responding to your posts ..... well, it probably wouldn't be necessary if you didn't make such nonsensical comments at times."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

Voter registration fraud is not voter fraud, it's vote registration fraud, and altering absentee ballots in a local Mayor's race is voter fraud but not in the Presidential Election.
It's simple John Doe. Just find some articles that show the ARREST of someone besides the 1 Trump Supporter in Iowa committing voter fraud in the Presidential election. We'll all stand by.

Cracking down on people who vote twice. - Slate
Intentionally voting more than once in a federal election is a third-degree felony in most states and also violates federal election-fraud laws. The punishment varies from state to state but is usually up to five or 10 years in jail and fine of up to $5,000 or $10,000.NO AMNESTY

Voter fraud
Voter fraud is illegal interference with the process of an election. Some groups argue that voter fraud is widespread. The Heritage Foundation has said that the "United States has a long and unfortunate history of election fraud," and that "[p]reventing, deterring, and prosecuting such fraud is essential to protecting the integrity of our voting process." Critics argue that these claims are overstated.
According to the Brennan Center for Justice, "[a]llegations of widespread voter fraud, however, often prove greatly exaggerated [...] The allegations simply do not pan out." Critics also contend that policies designed to minimize voter fraud sometimes make it harder for minority populations to vote, thereby disenfranchising legitimate voters.[1][2][3][4]
Types of voter fraud
The following are the common types of alleged voter fraud:[1][5][6]
- Double voting (ballot stuffing): One individual casts more than one ballot in the same election.
- Dead voters: The name of a deceased person remains on a state's official list of registered voters and a living person fraudulently casts a ballot in that name.
- Felon voter fraud: The casting of a ballot by a convicted felon who is not eligible to vote as a result of being a felon.
- Voter suppression: A variety of tactics aimed at lowering or suppressing the number of voters who might otherwise vote in a particular election.
- Registration fraud: Filling out and submitting a voter registration card for a fictional person, or filling out a voter registration card with the name of a real person, but without that person's consent, and forging his or her signature on the card.
- Voter impersonation: A person claims to be someone else when casting a vote.
- Vote-buying: Agreements between voters and others to buy and sell votes, such as a candidate paying voters to vote for him or her.
- Fraud by election officials: Manipulation of ballots by officials administering the election, such as tossing out ballots or casting ballots in voters' names.

I guess you haven't been able to ind another actual voter fraud article that involved actual voting where the person was ARRESTED.
Well, don't worry, maybe now that everyone's on their toes to try and prove the system isn't "rigged" against Trump, one will come through for you before the election.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan

Double voter fraud prevalent in Colorado and Kansas

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach continues cracking down on voter fraud.
An investigation by CBS 4 in Denver found some people have been voting twice in both Colorado and Kansas.
One way they do this is by using the identity of dead people.
A man named Lincoln Wilson, a registered Republican from Colorado, is accused of voting twice in 2010 in both Kansas and Colorado.
Three other people have been arrested for voting in both states.
Kobach says his office is working hard to prosecute those double voters.
"It is against the law to vote twice.," Kobach said. "It is against the law in most states and in Kansas we've made some amendments to our law to make it even clearer that you can't vote twice. You can't vote twice in one state and you can't vote twice in one state and in another state."
Kobach says Colorado and Kansas crosscheck records after each election to identify double ballots and clean up their databases.
