There are two places to donate:

Brian Kolfage GoFundMe (not tax deductible) and I think GoFundMe will charge a percentage.

The Sheriffs website to fund the wall. (fundthewall.com) Tax deductible.

They should join forces into the Sheriffs website and use Brian as the spokesperson.

Then get on National News and let us all know it is legit and 100% goes to wall. We want daily accounting on where this money is spent!

If they do this...more donations will come in!!!

A Florida Air Force veteran has raised nearly $1million to build President Donald Trump's promised border wall.


Triple amputee Brian Kolfage, 37, created the GoFundMe account on Sunday titled We The People Will Fund The Wall, and in three days has already raised over $900,000 of its $1billion goal.



'It's up to Americans to help out and pitch in to get this project rolling,' the page reads. 'If the 63 million people who voted for Trump each pledge $80, we can build the wall.'



Trump is demanding $5billion to build the southern border wall with Mexico, and is threatening to shut down the government if he can't get the funding.

The fundraising page says it has contacted the Trump Administration to secure a point of contact where all the funds will go, but adds it has 'many very high level contacts already helping'.


'As a veteran who has given so much, 3 limbs, I feel deeply invested to this nation to ensure future generations have everything we have today,' the page says, elaborating on Kolfage's history as a Purple Heart Medal recipient.


The married father-of-two lost both legs and his right arm in a 2004 insurgent attack in Iraq.


'Too many Americans have been murdered by illegal aliens and too many illegals are taking advantage of the United States taxpayers with no means of ever contributing to our society,' it continues.


Kolfage says his grandparents immigrated to the US legally, adding, 'they did it the correct way and it's time we uphold our laws and get this wall BUILT!'


'It’s up to Americans to help out and pitch in to get this project rolling,' the page says.



Meanwhile, President Trump on Wednesday claimed the military would build his border wall and Mexico would pay for it - indirectly under the new trade agreement.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said Tuesday the administration's legal team was looking into whether the White House could redirect funds to build the border wall.

They need to partner with the Sheriff's Wall Fund...they are a Charity Organization and tax deductible.

Hi Beezer. There are different ways and outlets to raise money as you mention and GoFundMe was and may still be trying to limit outreach on this build the wall fund, though this has garnered such huge media coverage to overcome it.

Brian Kolfage chose this crowd funding site for whatever reason and has the Facebook page to spread the message, too. I hope this helps the Sheriffs Wall Funding to blossom and all groups may join together.

Whatever the outcome, I believe this is helping to hold the president's feet to the fire to honor his promise to build the wall, however it must happen.

GoFundMe is for profit and takes a percentage is my point.
