He's had plenty of opportunity to do that, however, he obviously considers your plan as bad advice as indicated in the recent announcement that the United States will be funneling over 10 billion American dollars in aid to Mexico and Central America.

No it isn't fact. He thinks it's excellent advice. And he isn't "funnelling", Congress did that, he put a hold on it, and hasn't released it yet, because he's demanding security conditions be met, conditions that secure the United States. Congress got all upset and said "he can't do that". Well, he sure can do that.

All I've seen up to this point is threats and empty tweets. If you've got evidence to substantiate your claim, please provide it. As for the billions scheduled to go to Mexico and Central America, that was just recently pledged. The disbursement date has probably not arrived yet and maybe it's disbursed in increments, I'm not sure. For the record, the Trump administration promised to allocate $5.8 billion in aid and investment for Central America and an additional $4.8 billion in development for southern Mexico. The announcement from the State Department was made in conjunction with Mexican Foreign Relations Secretary Ebrard in mexico City.

Trump's credibility is pretty low right now. You can't really go by his threats or tweets. You and he are similar in that regard ..... you both tend to shoot from the hip a lot without research. As President of the United States, that just not a good practice.

With Trump, it's just something we have to wait and see if it actually happens. Trump says a lot of things but then Javanka, his handlers, advisers, etc. get him to reverse course. His words, verbal and tweeted, aren't frequently well thought out and are almost always subject to change.

What do you think a negotiation is? Have you never negotiated anything? Doesn't sound like it. With no negotiation experience and therefore no grasp or understanding of what is going on in a negotiation, yes, you should definitely confine yourself to "wait and see".
