Tucson investigators are looking for a Mexican man suspected
Tucson investigators are looking for a Mexican man suspected of killing an ice cream vendor.
Police have obtained an arrest warrant for 19-year-old Felix Gaxiola-Flores, who has been returned to Mexico more than a dozen times for being here illegally.
Tucson homicide detective Fabian Pacheco says he now faces charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.
Gaxiola-Flores is suspected of shooting the 29-year-old Cosme Encinas-Valenzuela in July in front of several witnesses, some of them children.
While investigators initially thought the robbery was tied to drugs, Pacheco says that is no longer the case.

This story was actually posted previously. The irony is that both the victim and the suspect were illegal aliens. They were from the same home towns in Mexico, but it is unknown what their connection was if any. They deny that drugs were involve. Not knowing the "suspect" was a suspect in the murder, they deported. He was a frequent flyer however.
Now the city is talking about regulating ice cream venders, but the reason is they might be convicted child molesters of drug dealers. There's absolutely no mention to check if they are legal. I maintain that if they are illegal, they aren't going to find out if they have prior convictions because illegals have no record or a past!Illegal aliens remain exempt from American laws, while they DEMAND American rights...

By all means close down the ice cream vendors immediately!! That will solve the problem.
